Located in the heart of Ghent, this UrbanCubby installation was developed in collaboration with local city departments and community partners to activate underused park spaces.
The goal was to lower participation barriers, encourage spontaneous movement, and increase social interaction in public space.
Residents and visitors borrow sports and play materials for informal games, exercise sessions, and family activities. The installation attracts children, youth, families, and adults throughout the week.
